Current Source Symbol 종류 (전류원 기호)

1. 옛날그림?

d. 그림을 보면 벤다이어그램처럼 생긴 전류원을 볼 수있다. 이는 옛날에 사용했던 current source의 symbol이다.

2. Current Mirror다

이는 dc current mirror를 의미한다. 즉, 원 2개의 각각을 current source를 의미하며 원이 곂침으로써 mirroring함을 의미한다.

그래서 DC Bias를 줄 수 있다.(하단 그림 참조)

 

If a current source is a circle, then if you want one current to match another current then the second circle represents this mirroring action.
